3ynthea studio
30+ years across people, systems and stories3ynthea is shaped by work that has moved through many worlds: radio journalism and live talk shows, manufacturing across diverse product lines, a ballroom dance school, airline flight operations and station management, and decades inside corporate, marine, shipping and energy travel services, software architecture, and large-scale TMC projects.
Across all of those fields one pattern keeps repeating: people trying to do meaningful work and live real lives inside rigid, fragmented systems. 3ynthea exists to design AI that respects that reality – systems that listen first, clarify the mess, and then automate with care.
Radio taught us to listen and hold a story live. Manufacturing and aviation taught discipline, safety and real-time decision-making. A dance studio taught pacing, trust and how people learn. Global TMC work and product roles taught governance, integration and the weight of bad tooling.
