Waitlist privacy notice

This notice explains how 3ynthea handles the personal data you give us when you join the product waitlist, under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). It covers this waitlist form only.

Who is responsible

The data controller for the waitlist is Risto Milovanov, sole trader, trading as 3ynthea, 1401 Lavaca St, PMB 41501, Austin, TX 78701, USA. Questions or requests: privacy@3ynthea.com.

What we collect

We keep this to a minimum:

• Your email address — required, so we can contact you.
• Your first name — optional, only to address you properly.
• Your area of interest — optional, so we know which part of 3ynthea drew you in.
• The date and time you signed up, and limited technical data (such as IP address) processed briefly to prevent spam and abuse.

Why we use it, and our legal basis

We use your details only to contact you about the 3ynthea private beta and launch. Our legal basis is your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)), which you give by ticking the box on the form. We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling.

Who else processes it

Your details are stored in Brevo (Sendinblue SAS), an email platform based in the European Union, acting as our processor under contract. The website and form run on Netlify. We do not sell your data or share it with anyone else for their own purposes.

How long we keep it

Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, or until we close the waitlist — whichever comes first. After that we remove it.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict, or receive a portable copy of your data, and you can withdraw consent at any time — every email we send includes a one-click unsubscribe. To exercise any of these, use the unsubscribe link or email privacy@3ynthea.com. You also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority; in Portugal this is the CNPD (cnpd.pt).

AI transparency

3ynthea is an AI-powered application. When you use the product you will be interacting with an AI system, and content generated by AI is labelled as such — in line with the EU AI Act (Article 50). Joining this waitlist involves no AI and no automated decision about you.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies and uses no third-party trackers. It stores only your theme and language choice locally in your browser, which never leaves your device.

Changes to this notice

If we change how the waitlist handles your data, we'll update this page and the date above.
